Right of withdrawal
If, as a consumer, you conclude a contract with us at a distance – by phone, WhatsApp, email or via a form – or away from our business premises, you are generally entitled to withdraw under Section 312g(1) of the German Civil Code.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days. For a service contract it begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement – for example by letter, telephone or email. You may use the model withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.
If work is to start before the period ends
If the cleaning is to begin before the withdrawal period expires, we need your express request. The right of withdrawal then only lapses once the service has been fully performed – and only if you have consented beforehand and confirmed that you are aware of this consequence. Where the contract was concluded away from our business premises, for example at your property, this consent must additionally be provided on a durable medium.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notification. If you requested that work begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal. This amount is calculated as the proportion of the service provided relative to the agreed total price.
