Prices and billing
What does cleaning cost at MilieuLux?
Cleaning work costs €25 per person and working hour. Added to that are €18 travel costs per working day and any material costs. No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act.
What does garden care cost?
Light garden care costs €30 per person and working hour. Disposal or special materials are agreed transparently in addition.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We welcome every suitable enquiry. Even for small jobs, however, the regular working time and the travel flat rate apply.
How are several staff members charged?
Billing is per person and working hour. Two people working three hours makes six working hours.
How can I pay?
Depending on the job, invoice, bank transfer and cash payment are available. The specific payment method is confirmed before the job.
Materials and how we work
Can I provide my own cleaning products?
Yes. We then do not charge for the products you provide. We do check whether they suit the surface and the task.
Which products does MilieuLux use?
We work with high-quality professional products suited to the material, for example from the Dr. Schnell range, provided they are appropriate for the job.
Is MilieuLux insured?
Yes, business liability insurance is in place. The specific scope follows the terms of the policy.
Which services does MilieuLux not offer?
No tree felling, pest control, façade work or façade cleaning, repairs or winter services.
Appointments and availability
How soon can an appointment take place?
Free slots can be requested with at least two hours notice. Actual availability depends on our calendar and the scope of work.
Can I book a cleaning job directly?
You can send a preferred date and all details. We confirm the final scope personally. Consultation, call-back and site visits can be booked directly in the calendar.
Can I change an appointment?
Yes. Confirmed contact and site-visit appointments can be moved or cancelled easily via a secure link.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no general published cancellation fee. We do ask for as much notice as possible so the slot can be reallocated.
When is MilieuLux available?
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Messages can be left at any time.
Services and service area
Does MilieuLux work across all of Munich?
Yes, within the city of Munich. Outside Munich we currently do not offer regular assignments.
Does MilieuLux offer regular cleaning?
Yes. Recurring contracts for practices, offices, shops and private households are our preferred type of work. Intervals are agreed by calendar.
Do you clean medical practices?
Yes. We carefully agree timing, rooms, hygiene-relevant areas and the service plan. Specially regulated medical procedures are only undertaken with the appropriate qualification.
Does MilieuLux do window cleaning?
Yes, for accessible window and glass surfaces. Number, size, frames and access are established beforehand.
Do you handle move-out cleaning?
Yes. Move-in, move-out and handover are planned according to area, condition and desired scope.
Do you offer post-construction cleaning?
Yes, as far as the areas are safely accessible. Hazardous substances and unreleased construction zones are excluded.
Do you offer clearance work?
Yes, after assessing volume, access, separation, transport and disposal. A site visit is often sensible.
Which garden work do you offer?
Mowing, removing leaves and weeds, light pruning, path care, garden waste disposal and, after assessment, small tree-stump work.
Digital tools
Can I send photos?
Yes, most easily via WhatsApp or the photo upload in the enquiry form.
Is the digital estimate binding?
No. It provides a well-reasoned range. The MilieuLux team reviews the details personally and confirms the final terms.
Is the live chat an AI chatbot?
No. The live chat is for personal conversations with the MilieuLux team.
