What the price actually depends on
What cleaning costs in Munich comes down to four things: floor area, type of flooring, how heavily the rooms are used, and how we get in. An old-building office with parquet and single rooms takes longer than an open-plan floor of the same size. So we ask about that first and quote a range afterwards — not the other way round.
You are equally welcome to ask us about lawns, leaves and smaller pruning jobs. Booked on the same working day as a clean, the travel flat rate applies only once.

The prices are on this page, not behind an enquiry form. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, form or call-back request. A confirmed appointment holds. And when a job needs a qualification we do not hold, we decline rather than attempt it.
How you can tell we mean it
Three things you can check: the travel flat rate is charged per working day, not per person. What we cannot do, we decline before the appointment is set. And whatever is left undone on a visit, you hear from us the same day — not at the next one.

MilieuLux takes on light garden work such as mowing, removing leaves and weeds, smaller pruning jobs and the disposal of garden waste as agreed. Garden care can be booked on its own or alongside a cleaning job.
