With MilieuLux you know where you stand. Cleaning work is charged at €25 per person and hour. Light garden care is €30 per person and hour. A travel flat rate of €18 applies per working day. Any materials or disposal costs are itemised transparently. Would you rather provide your own products? Gladly – then we charge no material costs for them.
For larger, unusual or hard-to-judge jobs you can book an on-site visit for €40. Alternatively, use our free digital time and cost estimate and send the result straight to our team for a personal review.

What a working hour means
Billing is per person on site and per hour worked. Two people working three hours makes six working hours.
No minimum booking
MilieuLux welcomes every suitable enquiry. We do not advertise a general minimum order value. Travel, working time, materials and any disposal are, however, charged transparently even for small jobs.
No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act. MilieuLux is a small business within the meaning of that provision: no VAT is charged on the amounts shown and none is stated separately on the invoice. The amount shown is therefore the amount you pay.
Regular rather than one-off
If it should not stop after one visit
Most of our jobs are not one-off visits but fixed intervals: every week, every two weeks, once a month. There is no different price for that – but there is a different amount of work.
A fixed rhythm
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly – set in the calendar, not renegotiated every time. In January you already know when March will be cleaned.
The same person
As far as the roster allows, the same person comes. They do not have to be shown the water connection and told which floor is delicate every single time.
Predictable costs
The rate stays €25 per person and hour, €18 travel per working day. What changes is the effort: where cleaning happens regularly, nothing builds up, and the same round takes less time.
Cancellable at any time
No annual contract, no minimum term, no notice period with a cut-off date. If it does not suit, it stops.
How much less time a recurring job takes is calculated by the time and cost estimate – compare “one-off job” with “recurring job” there.
For private households
The tax office covers a fifth of the labour costs
You get 20 % of the labour costs back from the tax office
For household-related services in a private home, income tax is reduced by 20 % of the labour costs, up to €4,000 per year (Section 35a(2) of the German Income Tax Act). It is deducted directly from the tax owed – not from taxable income. That distinction is often missed: the 20 % is the full amount, not 20 % of your tax rate.

Two conditions: There must be an invoice, and it must be paid without cash – bank transfer, not cash. A cleaning paid in cash is not recognised, even with a receipt. Travel costs count, materials do not.
