Book a cleaning appointment in Munich

Advice by phone, a short call-back or a site visit: tell us your preferred time and we will get back to you personally with a confirmation. Appointments run Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, with at least two hours’ notice.

One note, so that no expectation arises that we cannot meet: this form sends a **preferred time**, not a confirmed one. It becomes binding only once we have replied. We work in small teams across the whole city — a calendar that confirms instantly without knowing the actual workload would be a promise without cover.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00, with at least two hours’ notice. We confirm the appointment personally — it only applies once you have heard back from us.

What needs cleaning, how large is the area, when should it start? The more specific, the more reliable our answer.

Advice call by phone

Twenty to thirty minutes going through your situation: what needs cleaning, at what interval, what matters to you, what is ruled out. By the end you will know what effort to expect — and whether we are the right people for it.

Short call-back

For a single question that a form does not do justice to. Tell us when it suits you and we will call within that window. If we do not reach you we try a second time and then leave a message.

Site visit

Sensible for clearances, after construction work, with delicate surfaces, and whenever photos are not enough to judge the condition. A visit that leads to a booking is not charged. As a stand-alone appointment without a booking it costs €40 flat.
