Recurring cleaning contract Munich
This page is for anyone who wants an arrangement rather than a single visit. A recurring cleaning contract Munich businesses and households arrange with MilieuLux means the same rooms, the same people and a rhythm that sits in the calendar. It is the form of work we prefer: every cycle makes the job quicker and leaves you far less to organise than separate bookings.
On a first visit to an unfamiliar building, time disappears into things that have nothing to do with cleaning: where the water supply is, where the bin room is, which lift takes a trolley. By the third or fourth visit the route is settled and the same scope fits into less time. That is the real reason repeating work costs less than one-off bookings.
Before a recurring contract starts, you make three decisions we cannot make for you. Within which window may work take place, and who unlocks if nobody is there. Who may commission extra work, so nobody later argues over an invoice line. And which rooms stay locked. Ten minutes of answers spare you most first-quarter queries.

What matters here
How the plan comes about
The service plan comes about in a set order: you describe how the space is used, we walk the building once, and a draft follows with a time range per visit. From that draft you delete what your own staff already handle and add what is missing. Only the second version gets commissioned. A draft nobody cut back is usually too expensive or too thin, and that shows weeks later.
A recurring contract gets a fixed weekday and a fixed time window, not a vague week. The difference shows in daily life: a fixed slot fits around deliveries, meetings or consulting hours; a loose one does not. We work Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, covering the edges of the day before opening and after closing. Visits can be moved while the day route allows it.
Who knows your building
Ask any provider how many people genuinely know your building. If it is exactly one, the visit is lost to holiday or illness. If it is any number, nobody knows the quirks of the rooms. We therefore assign one regular person plus a briefed stand-in who has seen the building at least once during work. Keys and fobs pass on only against a documented handover.
Feedback and changes
Feedback is only usable if it carries a date and a place. "It was worse last week" can no longer be traced; "Tuesday, meeting room, floor" can, immediately. We collect such notes until the next review meeting rather than reacting case by case, since one outlier is not yet a pattern. Review dates go into the calendar from the outset. Quarterly suits most buildings; daily cleaning needs a shorter gap.
Requirements rarely shift with notice. Four triggers come up most often: part of the team is on site only three days a week, a subtenant moves in, building work next door carries dust and grit inside, or the wet half of the year starts and the entrance needs more attention than usual. Tell us as soon as such a change is foreseeable. Reductions happen more often than extensions.
No tie-in, no renewal
With us a recurring contract is a calendar arrangement, not a subscription with a trap in the cancellation clause. There is no minimum order value, no commitment to a set number of visits per year and no silent renewal to head off in time. Visits can be cancelled or moved. If you want to stop, say so; we ask why, because the reason usually points to something in the plan.
Staffing and scope
For the same number of hours, staffing makes a difference to you but not to the invoice. Two people for three hours and one for six come to the same working hours and the same travel cost, since travel is charged per working day and job, not per person. The building is simply occupied half as long in the first case. For practices with consulting hours or shops with footfall, that often outweighs price.
A recurring contract need not be a single service. Several cycles often run side by side: the stairwell weekly, the ground-floor glazing quarterly, a deep clean once a year. For you it stays one arrangement, one contact and one invoice recipient. Separate jobs per area mainly generate administration, and nobody feels responsible for the seams.
A worked example
One weekly visit, calculated across a full year: two people work three hours together, once every calendar week. This is the most common shape of a recurring contract with us.
- 6 working hours × €25
- €150
- Travel costs (52 working days)
- €936
- Total per visit
- €1,086
Travel is charged once per working day, not twice for two people. If visits fall away for holidays or a shutdown, the annual figure drops accordingly – only what took place is invoiced.
What a working hour means
Billing is per person on site and per hour worked. Two people working three hours makes six working hours.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a recurring contract tie me in?
For no fixed term. What is agreed is a calendar rhythm, not a subscription with a deadline. Visits can be cancelled or moved; if the whole thing should end, a message is enough. There is no minimum order value either.
What does a repeating visit cost?
You pay the hours worked at €25 per person and hour, plus €18 per working day and job – once per visit, however many people attend. Garden work costs €30 per hour and person. No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act.
Will it always be the same person?
As a rule yes, that is the point. One regular person is scheduled, plus a briefed stand-in. If the staffing changes, you hear about it before the visit rather than at the front door.
Can we start with a few trial visits?
Yes, and a better start than an immediate annual arrangement. After four to six visits it is clear whether window, duration and scope fit. We then continue the plan, trim it or leave it – no obligation arises.
Is a site visit needed before the first appointment?
Not for small, easily surveyed properties. From several rooms, mixed flooring or several occupiers onwards it pays off, because otherwise the time per visit stays a guess. If a job follows, we do not charge for it; booked alone it costs a flat €40.
What happens on public holidays and during shutdowns?
If a scheduled visit falls on a public holiday, we move it or drop it. You decide that once for all such cases rather than each time. Visits that did not take place are not invoiced, and longer closures are planned in beforehand.
