Cleaning in Feldmoching and Hasenbergl
District 24 reaches from village-like Feldmoching with its lakes to the large housing estate in Hasenbergl. A few kilometres separate them, and a large difference in building: family houses and old farms on one side, housing blocks with many parties on the other. The work looks correspondingly different.
In Hasenbergl the issue is reliability, not difficult materials. There is little to watch out for structurally: straight flights, hard-wearing steps, a simple balustrade. How the district grew
Feldmoching is a very old village in northern Munich, surrounded by fields and several lakes created by gravel extraction. Its centre with the church and farms survives, and many plots have been in the same families for generations.
Hasenbergl is the opposite. In the 1960s Munich was short of tens of thousands of homes, and a large estate was built quickly in the north: long terraces, point blocks, broad green strips between them, schools and shops planned in. In recent years much has been refurbished and added there.
For cleaning that means two things. In Hasenbergl it is many parties, many storeys and hard-wearing floors. In Feldmoching it is individual houses with their own entrance, a garden and short routes inside.

We clean around whatever is stored there; we do not decide whom something belongs to. If something is permanently in the way, you get a report with place and date.
Bicycles, prams and shoe racks in the stairwell are a standing issue. We do not move them – that is not our call and it reliably causes friction between neighbours. We clean around them and tell you where something permanently obstructs the work.
Village and housing scheme
In Feldmoching the jobs are different: individual houses or flats, a private entrance, short routes, often a garden as well. We walk the house with you before the first visit and record what belongs to the regular scope. We take on light garden work afterwards if you wish – €30 per person and working hour. No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act.
The district carries two building types side by side: the old village of Feldmoching with its individual farmsteads, and the large housing schemes at Hasenbergl. Yes. If they are close together we put them on the same working day where possible – travel costs then arise only once.
