Stucco and staircase
Stucco is the second period-building issue. Dust settles on cornices, coving and ceiling roses where nobody sees it at these heights, and comes back down when the room is aired. We dust it dry with a soft head, as far as a step ladder safely reaches. Stucco is never treated wet, because plaster and old distemper absorb moisture. We do no work at height and none on the street façade.
In the staircase the covering changes half way up, and more hangs on that than a question of material: a single bucket for both leaves streaks on the stone and a grey film on the wood. So we work with separate cloths — one bucket more, and it saves the second pass.
Practices and box windows
Practices here sit a few steps above the pavement with their own street entrance. Two consequences follow: surfaces facing the street soil faster than anything else in the building, and the appointment must fit before the first consultation, because people occupy the waiting room continuously afterwards. Treatment rooms are entered only with explicit clearance and in the order the practice sets. We do not carry out specialist medical disinfection.
Box windows take more time than most people allow — not because of the number of panes but because of the cavity and the fittings, which are not moved every year. If one is stuck, we do not force it: a cracked putty rebate costs more than an uncleaned cavity.

Travel costs then arise only once – €18 per working day and job, not per party and not per person; given the parking here, that is the lever you notice most. No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act. Appointments run Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, early enough for the slot before consulting hours.

Do you also clean on the fourth floor without a lift?
Yes. Our kit is designed to be carried – buckets, pads and a compact vacuum instead of machines that need a lift. The carry route is planned in; it lengthens the first visit, not every one after it.
Can you clean our stucco façade?
No. Façade cleaning and façade work are not part of our offer, whatever state the ornament is in. Indoors we dust stucco dry, as far as it is safely reachable from a step ladder.
