Holiday apartment cleaning in Munich
There are often only a few hours between one guest leaving and the next arriving. MilieuLux uses that window for a complete turnover: bathroom, kitchen, floors, fresh linen and restocked supplies. Every visit follows a checklist you help define and ends with photos of the finished state. If something is missing or damaged, you hear about it before the next guests arrive.
The window governs everything else. Guests leave around ten, the next arrive from three – that leaves four to five hours for linen, bathroom, kitchen and floors. Where one person cannot manage it, two work in parallel; the total hours come to much the same, but the turnover still happens. During trade fair weeks and Oktoberfest, turnovers often run day after day – tell us about such runs as soon as they appear in your calendar.
Whether the window holds is decided by the linen. Washing and drying take longer than all the other work in the flat put together. A same-day turnover therefore only works with a second complete set of bed linen and towels, sized to the sleeping places and the maximum occupancy. We strip, make up fresh beds and start the machine if you wish – without a spare set, the appointment is governed by the dryer.

What matters here
Occupancy and supplies
For estimating time, sleeping places matter, not square metres. Two rooms with a sofa bed and bunk beds for six people create more work than three rooms for two guests: more beds, more crockery, more towels, a bathroom under heavier use. Tell us the maximum occupancy, the number of beds and whether there is a dishwasher – that gives a firmer duration than the floor plan does.
We restock consumables by count, not by eye. Together we set how many rolls of toilet paper, bin liners, dishwasher tablets and refills of soap and washing-up liquid should be in the flat after each turnover; if stock falls below that, we report it. A labelled storage spot in the flat saves searching time on every visit. Coffee, tea and welcome items are yours to supply; we place them as you specify.
Photos after every turnover
Every visit ends with photos: made-up beds, bathroom, kitchen units, living area and anything of note. That documents the handover condition should anyone raise a complaint later. Damage, missing inventory or a dripping tap is reported the same day; we do not put anything right ourselves. Reviews almost always pick up the same things: hair in the shower drain, crumbs in the toaster, dust on the bedside table, fingerprints on the mirror, stale air. Those points are fixed items on the list.
Price
- per worker and working hour

What a working hour means
Billing is per person on site and per hour worked. Two people working three hours makes six working hours.
A worked example
Assuming: A holiday flat of 55 m² between two bookings – linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors.
- 1 person × 2 hours = 2 working hours × €25
- €50
- Travel costs, once per working day
- €18
- Total, final price
- €68
There is often little time between check-out and check-in. We schedule the changeover firmly, not on call.

Frequently asked questions
How much notice do you need between two bookings?
Fixed turnover days are planned ahead. Short-notice slots depend on how booked up we are – call +49 160 4094324 or write on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00.
How do you get in when I am not there?
Via a key safe with a code, a deposited key or the property management. If the code changes, we need it beforehand. Who holds which key is recorded in writing.
Do you wash the bed linen and towels?
On request, in the flat’s own machine while we are there anyway. Without a second complete set of linen, there is usually not enough time before the next arrival.
What does a turnover clean cost?
By time worked: €25 per person and working hour, plus €18 per working day and job, not per person. There is no minimum order value; a separately booked viewing costs a flat €40. No VAT is charged, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act.
What do you do if guests leave the flat badly soiled?
We photograph before starting, report it straight away and say how much extra time would be needed. Whether the next arrival time still stands is your decision – we do not simply work on longer unannounced.
